Required forms for food pantry clients
Client Registration
New clients must complete a registration form. This form is required annually and helps us track the number of families we serve.
What is TEFAP?
The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) is a federal program that helps supplement the diets of low-income Americans by providing them with emergency food assistance at no cost. The attestation form establishes your eligibility based on participation in other assistance programs or meeting income guidelines.
